Munster, Cancer Resource Center

2nd & 4th Tuesday, 6 - 7 pm

This class is for all with a breast cancer diagnosis. Patients who are newly diagnosed to long-term survivors are welcome to share their concerns, stories and experiences.

1st Tuesday, 6 - 7 pm

This is a supportive program for spouses/family caretakers to explore and develop strategies to help cope when you have a loved one diagnosed with cancer.

4th Monday, 11 am - Noon

For all women facing gynecological cancers such as ovarian, cervical and uterine. The group allows patients and survivors an opportunity to meet in an informal setting to provide support and share experiences with one another.

3rd Tuesday of Jan, Apr, Jul, and Oct, 10-11 am

Select Wednesdays, 1:30 - 2:30 pm

Provides an opportunity for those who have lost a loved one to share experiences, struggles, feelings and triumphs. Healing Hearts support group offers helpful information and support in a comfortable atmosphere. It is led by a bereavement facilitator from Hospice of the Calumet Area. Call for dates.

Provides an opportunity to share feelings, receive support and learn ways to cope with the experience of having cancer.

Crown Point, Powers Health Rehabilitation Center

3rd Thursday, 6 - 7 pm

All who are newly diagnosed, in active treatment and survivors are welcome to share their concerns, stories and experiences.

2nd Thursday, 5:30-6:30 pm

We know the ripple effect that occurs from a cancer diagnosis. Whether you are newly diagnosed, undergoing treatment, a survivor or a family member, everyone is welcome to attend our networking group. Oncology nurse navigators facilitate the sessions. Active participation is not required.

3rd Wednesday, 5:30 - 6:30 pm

LEARN... ASK... TALK... A pelvic health physical therapist will moderate. Meetings will include an educational presentation, Q&A and confidential discussion.

East Chicago, St. Catherine Hospital

3rd Wednesday, 2 - 3 pm

Provides an opportunity to share feelings, receive support and learn ways to cope with the experience of having cancer. This is open to all with a cancer diagnosis and their caregivers.

Valparaiso, St. Mary Medical Center Outpatient Center
